Payment

Tamatem store accepts a wide range of local payment methods, including wallets, direct carrier billing and card payments. When you attempt to make a purchase, we will show you on the checkout page all the available payment methods in your registered country. Please note that we are regularly updating the store, so we may add or remove payment methods in the future.

Some players may not be able to use the store based on their registered countries. Please reach out to us through "Contact Us" specifying the country, and preferred local payment and we will work our best to enable it the soonest!

If your purchase was cancelled, please check for the following;
1- Incorrect payment details
2- Local purchase methods requirements

Check your inventory to re-confirm the item has not been received. Also, please wait for some time as the payment may need some time to be processed or there could be a network delay. However, if it doesn't reflect in your account after a while, please reach out to the customer support team via the email support@tamatemplus.com specifying the following information:
1- Tamatem ID
2- Transaction reference
3- Order date
4- Item
5- Transaction amount

Please be informed that we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Once the order has been paid for and you have received the order confirmation, we cannot refund the order. Please be careful when selecting the item you wish to buy

Please note all completed and fulfilled transactions are irreversible and non-refundable
