Each game has it's own process, make sure to review the steps listed on the checkout page of the item
After you complete the purchase, check your inventory to copy the code and paste it inside the game
VIP Baloot vouchers are available here. To redeem the vouchers, you must be level 3 and above. Follow the steps below to redeem your voucher code in the game:
1) Open VIP Baloot application on mobile or on the website here.
2) Navigate to the store pop up from your wallet icon in the top right corner.
3) Open the very last tab to the right.
4) Enter the code in the space provided and press the redeem button.

If your castle is level 7 and above:
1) Launch the game then tap on Codes icon
2) Type or paste the code in the designated box then click on Redeem
3) Go to in-game mail to collect the resources under System tab
If your castle level is below 7
1) Download the game from the following links Apple store & Google Store
2) Launch the game then tap on profile picture from the top left of the main screen
3) Tap on Settings button
4) Tap on Code button
5) Type/Paste the code in the designated box then click on Redeem
6) Go to in-game mail to collect the resources under System tab
Fashion Queen vouchers are available here. To redeem the vouchers, you must be level 6 and above. Follow the steps below to redeem your voucher code in the game
1) Download the game from the following links Apple store & Google Store
2) Launch the game then tap on the diamond icon on top of the screen to open the store
3) Press on the gift icon
4) Type or paste the code in the designated box then click on collect
5) You will get a confirmation pop up with the amount received. Press ok.
